I began my athletic journey as a high school cheerleader, where I first found my passion for movement and performance. In college, I took my fitness into my own hands, teaching myself strength training and dedicating countless hours to mastering the gym as I pursued my degree in nutrition. That determination paid off in 2019 when, at only my second show, I earned my IFBB Pro status by winning the overall title at NPC Nationals.

In 2023, during my rookie pro season, I qualified for the Olympia—a lifelong dream in this industry—and secured 7th place in the world. The experience has deepened my commitment to health, fitness, and the pursuit of excellence on and off the stage.

Now, I’m passionate about sharing what I’ve learned with other women, especially when it comes to posing and stage presence. I believe in the power of confidence and the art of presentation, and my goal is to help others bring their absolute best to the stage. Together, we can showcase the strength, beauty, and resilience that embody the heart of this sport!
